Tapping into Southeast Ohio's rich history of distilling and brewing, Hocking College's Black Diamond Distillery and Starbrick Brewery produce unique handcrafted small-batch spirits and craft beers. From paw-paw moonshine to Star Brick IPA, students in the college's Fermentation Science program and Leisure Learning classes help make the libations available at local retailers, Rhapsody restaurant in Nelsonville and the Black Diamond Distillery.
